He is a business economist FH (Zurich) with further training as a training manager (IAP Zurich), in coaching (Kurszentrum Aarau), in Dynamic Facilitation, ‘Expanding Perception’ and in existential analytical coaching at the MCV in Austria with Dr Alfred Längle and Dr Christoph Kolbe. He has many years of experience in all aspects of HR work, as Head of Management Development Europe and as a consultant for integration support and cultural development. He was also a partner at PEER COMMUNICATION for 10 years and a lecturer at the University of St. Gallen for 20 years. He has been a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW) since 2001. In 2002, he co-founded the ‘Coaching Summer School’.
He specialises in supporting transformation processes with a focus on corporate culture, leadership development and team and individual coaching.
He works in German, English, French and Spanish.


She studied work and organisational psychology at the University of Zurich. She then trained as a coach, team coach and organisational developer at the institut für systemische impulse in Zurich. As an internal personnel developer, she was initially responsible for management development programmes and development centres before switching to consulting. In this role, she has many years of experience in supporting the development processes of individuals and teams and in designing personnel selection processes. Her work focuses on coaching, leadership, team and organisational development and workshop facilitation. She is also an expert in questions relating to personnel selection and assessment and in the design and implementation of assessment and development centres. She also works as a lecturer in adult education (NDS Leadership & Management, KV Aarau).
She works in German and English.


He has been a management consultant since 2015 and has worked as a project manager, trainer and coach at askplus since 2023. His focus is on leadership development (training and coaching), building high-performing teams and specific leadership issues in agile organisations. He also has in-depth experience in strategic HR topics such as people engagement, talent management and performance management.
Robin Leins has a Bachelor's degree in History and Economics (UZH) and a Master's degree in History and Philosophy (ETH Zurich), a CAS in ‘Modern Personnel and Organisational Development’ (FHNW) and numerous further training courses in coaching, non-violent communication, design thinking and agile working methods.
He works in German and English.


She is an HR specialist with additional training in coaching (Peter Müri) and personnel and organisational development. She has around 10 years' experience in HR, most recently as HR Manager in an international company. She has specific HR project experience, such as the introduction of an evaluation and salary system, revision of HR processes, harmonisation of employment conditions and conducting interviews/surveys. From 2006-2008 she worked as an external project manager for a consultancy firm.
She specialises in coaching, management development, HR support and the implementation and evaluation of employee surveys.
